We’re told that before long there will be a streaming option (Flash) for the videos which will make them more instantly available but in the meantime the zip file downloads are good enough for me.

The final things to mention are: the support page is well thought out and there are your basic Q and As there plus they tell you how you can e-mail a real person if your questions are not answered. The same goes for the extras and support, design and navigation on all the bonus sites by the way – they all share the same templates but with different colours so once you have navigated one you will easily find your way around the others.
