Boy Megaplex is your one stop shop for all things hard-core, gay and good quality. You have hours of downloadable videos, some non-exclusive but good stream sites, thousands of pics featuring hundreds of hunky guys from all different categories. Everything works well, the site is well designed and laid out and there are regular updates plus access to updated bonus sites too.

When you join Boy Megaplex (and you will want to) check out the latest content updates first. These are on your main ‘home’ page in the members’ area and, when I visited the site, there had been some update news every week for the previous three weeks. So, the point is that the content regularly gets added to and what I tell you about it now will probably be slightly out of date by the time you read this, but I’ll outline what I found anyway.

The site is mainly in two areas, the Megaplex area and the special features plus the other goodies that we will get to later. In the top banner you’ll see drop down lists of categories for the exclusive videos and galleries and this is the content I started with first. The Video Download area contains the movies in 18 categories, Amateurs, Asian, studs, young guys… to name a few. In the young guys area there were 115 vids, so that should give you an idea of how many there are over all; I didn’t stop to count every one but you can rest assured there are more than enough to justify your sign up fee.

You can re-order the list of movies but date added or alphabetically. The more recent ones come with a thumbnail, small text description and an upload date so you get an idea of what to expect. Many also have the file size which is going to be useful to you in a moment. Clicking into each one’s individual page you’ll find the same information plus a link to the zip file. At the moment the site is working on bringing you Flash files to so you can stream the vids but for now you will need to use the zip option. Just click the link and opt to save it to your hard drive. The files may be big so you dial-up connectors may want to go and make a cup of coffee while you wait, but the results are worth it in the end. I had a quick look at the other categories and found that each one had a good set of full length video scenes to view. There was some doubling up (young guys in uniforms will be in both young guys and the uniforms area, for example) but generally speaking you have a nice collection and a big collection of hard-core movies featuring all kind of gay genres.

You also have a set of streaming videos to view: these are 28 feeds, third party sites that offer you instantly viewable movie scenes and clips in a variety of players. Simply choose your category, from studs to shemales, and away you go. The players used will vary from site to site as might the quality but each one should have a help or support page if you have any trouble with playing the streams and I didn’t find any problems. You also have a daily video at Boy Megaplex. Here you will find 18 categories and a new movie selected for you each day. So if you are one of those guys who can never decide what to watch you don’t have to worry as the site will make up your mind for you. Click a category and a new window appears with the streaming clip plus information about what full length DVD the clip is from and where you can buy it. I should point out that the image you see with the genre on the main page isn’t necessarily the clip you are going to see so don’t worry if you come back each day and the thumbnail is the same – it’s meant to be. There are 10 quick video download galleries with 10 clips each. These have small files and short, one minute clips – they are there to get you off in a hurry.

As for image content there are 16 genres in the category list. The selection options are the same as with the videos in that you can order the lists by date or name, you have brief descriptions and upload dates and you click a thumbnail to get to the galleries. I found galleries with around 100 images each and each image was 1024 x 768. (I did find others that were bigger – so big I had to scroll to view them!) Like the videos the quality was excellent, the guys were sexy and posed well and there was nothing disappointing about the collections at all. Again there were too many for me to count but I browsed over thirty pages before I realised how much time I was spending in there and had to pull myself together.

So you can see, I hope, that the content at Boy Megaplex is not only good quality but plentiful. It’s mixed too so you have older bears as well as younger guys, you have some ethnic content and some fetish content too – a lot of good quality everything for everyone. And don’t let that lack of specific niche put you off: the site stays focused on quality with its top, sexy guys and good presentation no matter what genre it is bringing you.

As for those other features, well, there’s a whole list of those. There is a special features box on your main menu and this will lead you to:
A set of non-exclusive galleries featuring cute and sexy younger guys. Links to a live sex show site (pay to fully enjoy I think).
A good pay per view theatre with hundreds of titles and thousands of scenes, easy viewing options and reasonable prices.
A link into the latest content at He Likes it Big where you have page after page of exclusive, hard-core big boy bonking that you can stream.
And similarly a link to Wild Gay College Parties where young college dudes get wild and horny in public parties and you get to watch the private moments.
There is also a new bonus site that’s recently been added, Twinks For Cash. This is a great site that I've seen before. Basically some young guys gets paid money to have sex with two, well hung older guys, very often the younger one is straight or uncertain, or on occasions just a slut and the more he does the more he gets paid. Now that’s what I call a bonus site.

My only minor problem with those features was that I had to back button my way out of them and back to the main home/updates page.

The main updates page also features a scrolling list of the recent additions to the site with quick links directly to that content. His means that each time you come back you can easily see what’s been added since you've been away. And it means you can keep your eye on the promises the sites makes about its update schedule. There are also special announcements at the top with other site news. Further down the updates page you will also find links to the daily video links and the feeds, listed here for convenience. Right at the bottom is a special offer of a free video rental when you go to another pay per view site, so that’s worth checking out too.

These features are also available in the left hand menu I mentioned and this is a real aid to navigation. It stays where it is on all the main pages and so getting back to the home page or any particular area of the site is easy. The galleries have the standard next and back buttons to help with viewing and navigation generally is straightforward. (Apart from the external sites opening in the same window as I mentioned but that’s not too much of a pain.)

I will just mention that Boy Megaplex has the same content as three other sites by the same team, so if you have seen Gay Video Plus, Real Gay Videos and/or United Studs of America then you will have seen this content already. It was the webmasters who told me that by the way; usually I'm left to find these things out for myself and that makes me grumpy but not this time. I like the honesty.

What you have here is a big, big collection of well made, exclusive and non-exclusive, varied, gay hard-core, erotica and a good set of bonus goodies too. The emphasis is on sexy men and younger guys in hard-core action videos and well taken photo sets but there are other frills too. You can download and keep all the vids and pics, you can access bonus sites with hours more content and you can check in regularly for the updates. It’s a mixed genre site that has excellent quality throughout.
