Real Gay Videos features just that: videos of real gay guys in some really hard-core and erotic movies. There are various categories to choose from and all kinds of gay sex scenes are on show, from amateur guys to experienced older guys you’ll find something in here. There are also good image galleries and a whole host of extras that include access to three (later to be six) members’ areas where there is exclusive content to be viewed. It’s a great package and a definite must see.

Real Gay Videos has undergone some changes recently and now comes at you with new features and even more content. There are 17 categories of videos to download and 15 categories of photos; and there are extras, more videos, bonus sites and even more bonus sites coming soon. But more about that later, first here is what you can expect from the video area.

Basically you can expect the same content as you find on Boy Megaplex, Gay Video Plus and United Studs of America as all these sites belong to the GayKey network and share their content. That’s only a problem for you if you don’t know it though – if you are already a member of one there’s no point in joining the others – and by joining Real Gay Videos you can access all the hot content on the site and then click over to the other sites in the network and enjoy their exclusive content too.

But meanwhile, in our videos area… The 17 categories include Amateur guys where there are 50 videos and scenes to view, Bears where there are 32 and younger guys where there’s a massive 115; all the movies are downloadable in zip files, which is intended to make them quicker to download as some of the files are around the 300 Mbs mark. You simply select your movie from the list by looking at the small image or reading the short write up, click to open the download page then click the link to start it. Once the file has arrived (you may need to go and make coffee or view other parts of the site while you wait if you are on a slower connection), simply unzip it using the appropriate software. This is available from the support page if you don’t have it, so no worries there.

The videos are MPEGs and WMV files suitable for both Macs and PC and they are varied in length depending on the content of the scenes. The ones I saw featured some very sexy guys and ran for five and twenty five minutes. There were MWV movies that were 640 x 480 @ 1080 kbps and MPEGs that were 720 x 480. The quality of both sound and picture was good and the film making was spot on with decent editing, lighting and performances. The videos may not be exclusive but they are good quality and there are plenty of them. We’re also told the before very much longer you will have other viewing options too and you will be able to stream them videos on line in a Flash player.

Over in the photos area you have those 15 categories that include Latino guys with 33 sets, uniformed guys with 18 and jocks with 70, among many others. Each gallery has a different amount of pics in it so it’s hard to give an average number but the actions sets have around 100 I’d say. Like the videos there is a mix of solo guys and action scenes here and a mix of sexy men to view. There are some hunky, beary types in the working men and bears collections and there are some angelic young guys in the Asians and Latinos areas. There are also black guys, some interracial scenes and various fetishes in the fetish collection. So you see, it’s an all-round gathering of many gay niches and each gallery contains a set of well made, well photographed digital images – with some screen shots ripped from movies too. The images click up to good sizes, 1000 x 1500 in some cases and 400 x 600 in others.

The other content that’s available to you comes in the form of 28 streaming video theatres. These are feed sites in various categories that come with a little write up so you know what you’re getting and they open in new windows. There’s all sorts here from straight guys to trannies. On the daily videos page you will find 18 categories and behind each one there is a different video selected for you each day. If you don’t know what to watch just click a pic and see what you get. These scenes are provided by an external movie theatre and play in their own window/player. There are links to where you can buy or pay to view the entire movie if you want. There are also 100 small (3 Mbs) files that bring you quick one minute clips from various movies but mainly feature younger guys. You can download these really quickly but the content isn’t brilliant so don’t try a full screen viewing. They’re really just for fun and aren’t a patch on the main video content.

But then you come to your bonus site access. Now then, this is where you really get value for money as you can fully access three other sites. Each one has its own original content and you can stream all the videos and view all the screen shot galleries that go with them. There are hundreds of hours of hard-core entertainment here and more on the way: the news from the site is that there are three more of these bonus sites waiting to be added. So, in the end, you will be able to access: Twinks for Cash, He likes it big, Wild gay college parties, Gay blind date, His first gay experience and eventually some classic gay porn with Retrogay. I, for one, can’t wait. (You can already access the first three sites on that list.)

You will find all this news on the updates page where a scrolling list brings you fully up to date with what’s new on the site and what’s coming soon. I have been looking at these GayKey sites for a couple of weeks or so now and I can tell you from experience that there has been something new added each week, so their promise is kept in that department.

On the main Latest Updates page you can find links to all of the content too, so getting from one place to another within the site is easy. Actually navigation generally is simple, the galleries have back and forward buttons, anything third party opens in a new window and the downloads happen in the background so you can carry on navigating the site while you wait for your movies. There’s a good design to the site and instructions are easy to follow. Should you have any problems there’s a good support page with links to where you can contact the site too. And to round it all off there’s a 10 minutes free voucher for a pay per view theatre right at the bottom of your main home page, so make sure you don’t miss that!

Here is a good collection of quality, well made videos in various categories. The site doesn’t specialise in any one genre but it does have an eye for quality and hot guys that’s for sure. The galleries and videos feature some stunning men in some very hot hard-core. Once the streaming options are made available the movies will be easier to access but it’s great that there are no DRM restrictions. The bonus access and other little extras are a great touch too.
